Leadership Training for New IDD Managers: Improving Team Communication

This self-paced leadership training program is designed for new managers working in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field. The main goal is to help participants improve team communication, foster a positive work environment, and develop essential leadership skills tailored to the unique challenges of IDD service providers. Over 14 days, participants will engage in practical lessons, interactive activities, and assessments to build confidence and effectiveness as leaders.
